- The balance of the total stay, you will pay on the day of your arrival upon delivery of the keys.

Please inform us in time of where you need to cancel your reservation. In case of cancellation a penalty will be applied as follows:
- up to 12 weeks before the day of your arrival, refund of the deposit, which will be less a deduction for compensation amounting to € 50;
- from 12 weeks up to 8 weeks before the day of your arrival, you are withholding 30% of deposit;
- from 8 weeks to 4 weeks before the day of your arrival, you are withholding 50% of deposit;
- from 4 weeks up to 1 week before the day of your arrival, you are withholding the entire deposit;
- if late arrival or early departure (of 1 or more days), if the Villa can not be sold to other customers, will charge for the period booked.
