Please inform us in time of where you need to cancel your reservation. In case of cancellation a penalty will be applied as follows:
- up to 6 month before the day of your arrival, refund of the deposit, which will be less a deduction for compensation amounting to € 50;
- up to 3 month before the day of your arrival, you are withholding 30% of deposit;
- from 3 month before the day of your arrival, you are withholding 100% of deposit;
- if late arrival or early departure (of 1 or more days), if the Villa can not be sold to other customers, will charge for the period booked.
